About dbDirector™ logos

In creating the visual branding elements for dbDirector,
we researched scientific evidence of the random networking phenomena. We were
impressed by the overwhelming
occurances and consistency of “random” connections.
The beauty about networking is that an existing network can reach out and connect
to an individual element, who is already part of another network. By creating
one connection, the network has grown exponentially. It is now easier to reach other individual elements who are connected through the one new connection.
In business, a customer’s value should not be measured only by his or her purchasing
power, but also by their network connections. Providing customers great service
not only
increases their loyalty but also turns them into advocates of your products
and the brand. These customers are now free marketing agents of your brand.
Reaching out to new potential customers and using conventional advertising are time
consuming and costly. By cultivating relationships and strengthening connections
with existing customers and prospects through their networks, businesses will see
a higher return
on their investment. dbDirector helps businesses maintain these
networks and relationships
with existing and new customers to increase their revenue.
dbDirector's tools help the company manage its customers, track their activities and
communicate with customers over the internet. In addition to database management tools,
dbDirector offers marketing and networking tools; such as, referral tracking, spouse
recognition, email marketing and so forth. By utilizing dbDirector’s tools, companies
can easily improve their relationships with their customers, increase
customer’s
satisfaction, advocacy, repeat business and referrals.
The software was named
dbDirector to emphasize the usefulness of the software to the user of the software, the "database director". dbDirector allows for multiple directors (managers) to manage a database with various access levels. The director
with full-access rights is called Chief Database Director.
